This halibut carpaccio with radishes and avocado is probably the most delicious dish that I have tried in a restaurant in a while. It is light and refreshing with a wonderful combination of spring/summer flavors and textures. The ginger vinaigrette is perfect with the halibut!
Next I had the quail which was also delicious.
The Market is located in a very unassuming building with a beautiful view of Lobster Cove in Annisquam that feels more like Maine than Gloucester. Chef owners Amelia and Nico bring their inspired cooking to us for the summer and it is a real treat.
